The store owner is fantastic and the repair work they do is top notch. I’ve used them for watch repair, stone resetting, and pearl restringing, and they’ve done an incredible job every time. Highly recommend!

Very happy international customer. Ordered a high-end Seiko watch from these guys to ship to the UK. Excellent service throughout from start to finish. Fast shipping considering the COVID-19 backlog with shipments entering the country, but it arrived within 3 working days. If it wasn't for the Weekend, I'd of had it within two days.I did have to pay customs duty, but such is life living in the UK! Fee's we're fine though and worked out about the same if the watch was for sale in the UK (which it's not).Overall, fully recommend the team here. No issues in ordering again in the future.
